Anne-Sophie is a Customer Experience (CX) and insights consultant with over 16 years of experience leading research and strategic CX projects.
The consultancy was launched in 2025 following an extensive career that spans both client-side roles and agency consulting. This comprehensive background provides a deep understanding of business challenges across a wide variety of industries.
Throughout her career, Anne-Sophie has managed the full spectrum of insight work: from overseeing the end-to-end execution of customer research projects, to building and leading entire Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, and actively driving improvements through hands-on CX and UX-specific initiatives.
